Description
Restore of a VM fails immediately with "Object reference not set to an instance of an object." -
Cause
Ping by FQDN revealed that vRanger could not resolve the FQDN of the Host where the VM is being Restored to.

Resolution
DNS entries for the host need to be configured.
Temporary resolution is to enter the host FQDN entry in the vRanger hosts file.
Hosts file location:
C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc
