Error: Directory not found:C:\Program Files\Common Files\Dell\vRanger\201409250900\rofs
Description

When attempting to perform a backup to a RDA repository the following error is observed: “Error: Directory not found:C:\Program Files\Common Files\Dell\vRanger\201409250900\rofs”
Cause

This can be caused by the user account on the vRanger machine not having full permissions set.
Resolution

1) Log off from the vRanger server.
2) Log on again using the ./Administrator account.
3) Attempt to run the job again.
4) If successful please check the vRanger user account, and give full admin rights to the RDA
Or
Reinstall the Host Agent on the Hyper V Server
