Generating a Report in the License Portal
The Rapid Recovery License Portal lets you generate reports about license portal activity. You can access reports for any group from the Home page in the Rapid Recovery License Portal. You can export the reports in any of the following formats:
- XLS, XLSX, or CSV
- RTF
- MHT (MIME HTML)
- TXT
- Image
Many of the reports support drill-downs. You can click links in a report, and the corresponding report will display. For example, when you click a group name, the report for the selected group will display. The license portal offers reports for the following report categories:- Summary Report: Displays a Dashboard Report of the total number of machines for a group and its subgroups.
- User Category: Displays an Added Users Report that lists users who were added during a specified period of time.
- Groups Category: Offers the following report options:
- List of Groups: Displays all the subgroups in a selected group.
- Added Groups: Displays the list of groups that were added to the group or subgroup during a specified period of time.
- Deleted Groups: Displays the list of deleted groups within a current group or its subgroups over a specified period of time.
- Machines Category: Offers the following report options:
- Machines Report: Displays the list of machines in a selected group, including all subgroups.
- Cores Report: Displays the list of Cores in a selected group, including all subgroups.
- Added Machines Report: Displays the list of machines that were added over a period of time, including the group and all subgroups.
- Deleted Machines Report: Displays the list of machines that were deleted over a period of time, including the group and subgroups.
- License Category: Offers the following report options:
- Activated Licenses Report: Displays the list of machines that were activated over a period of time.
- Active Licenses Report: Displays a list of active licenses for a group and its subgroups.
- Inactive Licenses Report: Displays the list of inactive machines for a group and its subgroups.
- Trial Licenses Report: Displays the list of trial licenses for a group and its subgroups.

Resolution
To Generate a Report- Log into your License Portal
- On left side menu select Reports
- Select a Category and a related Report from their drop-down lists
- For a List of cores report, select Category: Machine & Report: List of cores, and Click Go.
- The report will be generated and displayed
- Save your report in a selected format, or...
- Click Subscribe; select an option as Daily, Weekly, or Monthly; enter email address you wish report to be mailed too; and click Add to automatically run the report on a recurring basis.
