License Server giving error "The group has not been found" -
Description
Customer may have issue with Core not connecting with License Portal.
When you look at the License Server Information it displays:
"The group has not been found"

Cause
The license was not registered on the License Portal. -
Resolution
Please follow steps to register license on rapidrecovery.licenseportal.com
Once license has been registered, this error will go away on License Server information.
