If you find NTFS errors for recovery points mounted by the the core, they can be safely ignored. They are a false error generated by the way a Microsoft Operating System handles NTFS file system of the mounted recovery point. However, if you want to try to cease or minimize the errors, please see Resolution below.
Errors and warnings may include, but are not limited to Event IDs 55, 57, 98, and 137. What they will have in common will be the the volume listed the path to a mounted recovery point.
Ntfs Error, Event ID 55 example:
A corruption was discovered in the file system structure on volume C:\ProgramData\AppRecovery\ExportMounts\SERVER08_7ffb1ce3-193e-4e44-a5cf-27e0ec41943a.
The exact nature of the corruption is unknown. The file system structures need to be scanned online.
Steps:
Apply hotfix from Microsoft

Note: if the error is reported for the currently mounted Recovery Point, then is may indicate a real issue with NTFS structure on the protected machine.
