Failure retrieving resource information from API. (No inventory node of type 'Vizioncore.vRanger.Facade.DTO.InventoryNodeDTO' could be found by identifier 'ha-host”!.)
This can be cause if the Virtual Appliance (VA) that is being used for the Backup/Replication job is powered off or in an unreachable state.
1. Log into vSphere and validate that the virtual appliances that you are trying to use are powered on.
2. If it was powered on try to log into the VA through the console. (username: root / password: vzroot1) *unless configured differently for your environment.
3. If you can log into the VA, gracefully reboot it by a 'reboot' command - if you can't log into the VA you can restart the VA through vSphere.
4. Once it has powered back on, try to ping it from the vRanger server.
5. If you can ping the VA then restart your failed jobs to see if they run, if you are unable to ping the VA then there is a networking issue either on the VA or the path between the vRanger server and the VA.
