vRanger Catalog Database Location issue
Description

When installing the vRanger Cataloging Database, it is only supported to be installed on the local SQL instance.

In the install wizard however, the option is still given to install the Catalog Database remotely.
Cause

The option to select a remote location for the Catalog Database is a product defect.
Resolution

This issue is fixed in a future version of vRanger.
