C:\Documents and Settings\<Current User>\Local Settings\Application Data\Quest Software\Archive Manager\Logs
There are several different logs which can be found here depending on which functions you may be using in the Offline Client. The main one which is referenced most often is theQsArchiveUsrExt.log. This is the main log file which records enabling cached mode and synchronization of the email from Archive Managerto the PST file.
***NOTE*** Archive Manager stores the email in a PST file which can be located under C:\Documents and Settings\<Current User>\Local Settings\Application Data\Quest Software\Archive Manager\Offline2\<Current User>\81CF8410CF880862F8FB7778818BBCC1 *** (The number at the end of the path is randomly generated.)
