When Deploying Archive Manager Offline Client via Group Policy in Active Directory, Archive Manager Offline Client Toolbar may not be displayed in Microsoft Outlook.
This is a known issue with the present version of the MSI file from Archive Manager Offline Client Install Package.
WORKAROUND:
1. Logon as Administrator on affected computer.
2. Uninstall Archive Manager Offline Client from Add/Remove Programs.
3. Restart Computer.
4. Make the affected user member of Local Administrators Group on the Computer.
5. Logon as affected user and perform local install of Archive Manager Offline Client and check if the Offline Client Toolbar is visible in Microsoft Outlook.
Remove the user from Local Administrators Group if required
