"Could not start the Archive Manager <service name> Service on the Local Computer. Error 10 -
Description
The Archive Manager Services will not stay running on an Archive Manager Server. When attempting to restart the Service it will give this error:
Could not start the Archive Manager <service name> Service on the Local Computer. Error 1069: The Service did not start due to a logon failure. -
Cause
The user running the Archive Manager Service does not have the Logon as a Service right.

Resolution
You must give the user running the Service the 'Log on as a Service' right locally or through a Group Policy applied to the Computer. This right can be found in Computer Configuration | Windows Settings | Security Settings | Local Policies | User Rights Assignment.
