All recovery points are deleted instead of selected recovery points in specific scenarios -
Description
All recovery points for a machine are deleted in the following scenarios
Scenario 1- Protect an agent and force few snapshots (for example C:\ E:\ F:\ are protected)
- Set some Volume to a separate protection group (for example C:\ and E:\ remain in initial protection group and F:\ is separate protection group)
- Let snapshots run for few days
- Go to older base RP of F:\ and click Delete in RP menu and submit deletion
- Protect an agent with 2 protection group
- Force few snapshots
- Let snapshots run for few days
- Go to older base RP and click Delete in RP menu and select for deletion Volume Image protected in different protection group and submit deletion

Cause
This has been identified as product defect RR-111008
The defect RR-111008, will be evaluated by our Product team for inclusion in a future release.

Resolution
If it's necessary to delete a base image for a machine that has multiple protection groups configured, please contact support.
A patch has been created for the Rapid Recovery version 6.6.0.268 and it will be included in the next release.Patch Disclaimer:- Patches are provided as-is for the specific build listed.
- Active support is required to download a patch. If not already logged in @ https://support.quest.com, you will be prompted to do so before you may download.
- If you have an existing patch, open a service request with Support, to request a cumulative patch. Otherwise, the previous patch will be overwritten.
- Follow best practices to install MSI patches per KB How to apply updates to product software.
Work Around:
- Patches are available for the following builds. Download the appropriate patch and apply it to the Target Core(s) per KB How to apply updates to product software:
- Rapid Recovery 6.6.0.268: P-2619
