Resolution

Obtaining the proper installer with token embedded in version 11.0 of the KACE Systems Management Appliance.
For KACE SMA with ORGs enabled
Create the token in the desired ORG
then within the desire ORG go to
Settings | Agent Tokens | Agent Token Detail
From Agent Token Bundle Installer download the agent,
For KACE SMA without ORGs enabled
Create the token in the Agent token section
Settings | Agent Tokens | Agent Token Detail
