ADK version 2004 cannot be used with media manager version 7.2.9.9 -
Description
Using the 7.2.9.9 Media Manager causes an error that "settings are not valid" and to "Confirm that the path to the appropriate Windows Kit is correct", even though the ADK is installed correctly. -
Cause
ADK version 2004 does NOT work with SDA's Media Manager 7.2.9.9
This error will appear in Media Manager:

Resolution
ADK version 2004 does NOT work with SDA 7.2.9.9 Media Manager.
We have released a new version of Media Manager for KACE SDA 7.2.97 , it can be obtained down here. (Make sure you are logged in with your Quest Account).
Uninstall the 7.2.9.9 Media Manager version from your computer, and proceed to install the new one. (7.2.10.9). -

-Make sure the 1903 ADK(or older)and it's PE add-on are removed\not installed. -Make sure the 2004 ADK is installed , alongside the PE Addon for 2004 ADK. -Make sure the AntiVirus is not blocking this new Media Manager EXE file. -Make sure Windows does not have cached samba connections from previous KBE upload attempts. (CMD > NET USE) -When creating a KBE, it's a good idea to recache all drivers. (Settings > Appliance Maintenance > Scroll down > Re-cache all drivers).
