LDAP import fails if there is a user with the same USER_NAME (LOGIN) that was already archived. When the LDAP import runs (on schedule or on demand), it might be noted that new users are not added and existing users are not updated as expected. When reviewing the logs, the following error is noted:
Note: The above error is not exclusive to this single situation and may be seen for alternate reasons. If no users are archived or no user in the current import should be archived, please gather the appliance activity logs, relevant screen shots, and contact technical support for assistance.
The following is a work-around while this situation is investigated.
To review logs:
