Download the following Hotfix, AM-5.3.0.271 - Full Text Search Result HF by
Clicking Here.
1. Stop all the Archive Manager services.
2. Create backup copies of these files in the directory:
E.g. C:\Program Files (x86)\Dell\Archive Manager
- Dell.AM.BusinessLayer.dll
- Dell.AM.RemotingShared.dll
3. Extract files from the hotfix package, and replace the files above with the extracted ones.
4. Create backup copies of following files
- Dell.AM.BusinessLayer.dll
- Dell.AM.RemotingShared.dll
in the following directories:
- \WebSite\bin
- \ApiWebService\bin
- \WebService\bin
5. Extract files from the hotfix package, and replace the files above with the extracted ones.
6. If there are secondary AM websites, repeat step 4 and 5 in each secondary website, Api Web Service and Web Service:
- \WebsiteInstances\\WebSite\bin
- \WebsiteInstances\\ApiWebService\bin
- \WebsiteInstances\\WebService\bin
7. Restart the Archive Manager website in Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager, or using the iisreset command from Command Prompt.
8. Start all Archive Manager services.
