Report Manager that includes an underscore (_) does not filter properly
Description

Using a value in a parameter with an underscore (_) character does not provide expected results. For example, the parameter of "_Accounts" may filter out everything with "_" in it, not just "_Accounts".
Resolution

Upgrade to the latest Hotfix release.
