TIC 2.7.2.164 Admin Console could not connect. Restart of Service temporarily fixes the problem. -
Description
Occurred daily that TIC tasks will not run. Admin Console could not connect to server. Services appeared to be running, but does not accept connection from Console. Have to reboot server or services to resolve issue.

Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted.
