How do you run a report to return the members of the Local Administrators group on servers? -
Resolution
To report on any of the local groups a Computer Discovery has to be run against the computers you want to report on. Once the Computer Discovery has completed successfully, you can use the Local Groups with Members report found in the Report Library under Computers. To report on the members of the Local Administrators group, please configure the report as follows:1. Provide the Domain name in the Domain name parameter2. If you want to run the report against all computers collected, enter a * for the Computers parameter, otherwise enter the names of the computers you want to report on in the Computers parameter3. To report on just the local Administrators group, enter *\Administrators for the Local groups parameter4. Scroll to the bottom and click the drop down to select how you would like to handle nested groups, either inline or in a subreport.
