Cannot able to open any archived attachment and an error 500 is seen.
Below error is seen in the Event Viewer logs

WORKAROUND:
On the server that runs the Archive Manager website, clear the contents of the following folders:
- ArchiveMgr_Service user's temp directory, e.g C:\Users\ArchiveMgr_Service\AppData\Local\Temp
- C:\Windows\Temp
To avoid the issue reoccurring it is possible to create a scheduled task in windows to periodically clear out the folder.
STATUS:
This issue has now been resolved in version 5.4 or Archive Manager.
