Can I block certain attachments that are part of an e-mail sent to create a service desk work order?
When my end users send an email to our service desk, the signatures include several pictures. Is there a way to disregard or block them by name?
Currently there is not a way in the K1000 to disregard, block, or delete attachments sent with an email to the K1000 service desk. This could be accomplished by controlling it through the mail server or by a mail filter before the email is sent to the K1.
