Because the agentless feature runs solely from the appliance, the process in gathering logs will take place from the appliance as well and not from traditional methods of gathering them from the agent.
To enable debug on an agentless device, follow the directions below:
To view the forced inventory in real time, access Settings | Logs and change the Log drop down type to Agentless Log. As an example, below are the log errors of an imaginary agent:
More information can also be gathered by the agentless device in Inventory simply by selecting the agentless device and scrolling down to the Log category and expanding it.
If the information provided after enabling debug does not help you in resolving the issue, please provide a screen shot of both sets of logs to support to help troubleshoot the issue.
