After changing the Archive Manager Service user password, users are not able to login to the website.
The following error occurs:
"Error: Service Unavailable"
1. Open IIS Manager from Administrative Tools on the server where the Archive Manager web site is located.
2. Open the Application Pools folder.
3. Select the Properties of the ArchiveManagerAppPool.
4. Go to the Identity tab.
5. Type the new password for the Archive Manager Service account.
6. Repeat the steps 3,4,5 for for ArchiveManagerRetentionAppPool
7. Reset IIS by running iisreset command
