The software catalog database is constantly updating and adding new software releases. Because of the large amount of software releases some titles may not updated on time.
This generally happens with new software releases. A major publisher will make some type of announcement and may not announce fully the versions they plan on releasing. Our titling team does its best to be proactive to title a new release and it can be limited by the information provided by the publisher. Sometimes all that is seen is a Beta version. Over time, (as the publisher does its full release) the software catalog database should update with the correct version.
If a new software is verified correctly when installed on a local machine and the Software catalog is not accurately displaying in Discovered or Not Discovered, please log into https://support.quest.com/ and create a KACE ticket with the following information:
