- What pages exactly are slow to load? (URL)
- Does the problem happen when saving a page, loading, or both?
- How long exactly does it take to load that page?
- When did you last try to load that page?
- Does the problem happen all the time, or intermittently?
- What is your agent interval set to?
Agent task issues:
- What type of tasks are having problems?
- All tasks
- When did the problem start?
- After an upgrade
- Settings changes on the appliance
- Specific date
- Does it happen all the time or intermittently?
- Is there a way to reproduce it and if so, how can it be reproduced?
Along with the information above, please also provide support with the KACE server troubleshooting logs under Settings | Support |Troubleshooting Tools | Retrieve appliance activity logs
