How to Upload a Custom Agent Alert Image (4277498)

The following steps will Uploading logos or graphics to be used in pop-up messages displayed by the Agent on client machines. These pop-ups include snooze dialogs, install progress windows, alert messages, and message windows created by scripts. Graphics for pop-up messages must be in "BMP" format and 100 pixels wide by 38 pixels high.

1. Log in to the K1000 adminui. Or, if Organization Fast Switching is enabled, select an organization in the drop-down list in the top-right corner of the page. 
2. Click Settings | Control Panel  General Settings. KACE SMA Settings: General page appears.
3. In the Logo Overrides section, click Edit Mode to change the logo settings, then click Browse in the Agent Alert (.bmp) section to locate the .bmp file. Click Upload Logos to load the new image.

NOTE:  Graphics for pop-up messages must be in "BMP" format and 100 pixels wide by 38 pixels high.
