Description
"Managed Operating Systems" widget in the dashboard is not showing all the operating systems available on the Kace SMA. -
Cause
This is working as designed. Operating systems available on the SMA that are installed on less than 1% of the total amount of devices might not appear listed in the widget. -
Resolution
This widget works with round numbers.For example:Lets say that there are 200 devices in total on the Kace SMA.If we use round numbers to show 0.5% as 1% in the widget, this would be the result on the chart:
If any OS installed on less than 1% of the devices on the SMA is taken as 1% in the widget, the total amount of shown would be above 100%.
For this reason any OS installed on less than 1% of the total amount of devices on the KACE SMA might not appear in the "Managed Operating Systems" widget.
