Since upgrading from server 6.3 to 6.4, the license count is no longer seen and reports as 0.
A 6.4 appliance that has been upgraded from a non-English 6.3 appliance shows 0 for the "Licensed" column in the "License Compliance" view.
This only happens with appliances that were configure for non-english locale in 6.3 and where the “Applies to Cataloged Software“ attribute in the License asset type was moved to another position in the list.
You need to be signed in and under a current maintenance contract to view premium knowledge articles.
