Description
Since upgrading to 6.4 SP2 (6.4.120756), the ticket summary shows line breaks as HTML coding <br>. -
Cause
This is being investigated under ID K1-18610 and should be addressed in a future release.
This has been resolved in 6.4 SP3 (6.4.120822) update. For more information, please see the 6.4 SP3 Release Notes.

To view the summary without the HTML coding, click inside of the summary to expand the field. Once the filed is expanded, the HTML coding should no longer show and the text should display the proper line breaks.
