Device Status has a Warning Icon -
Description
After installing or upgrading an agent, a warning icon may appear overlapping the normal status icon in the Inventory | Devices list. The icon typically appears as a blue computer, but suddenly a yellow exclamation point in a triangle (warning icon) appears over the normal blue icon.

Cause
This warning icon is an indication that there may be an issue on the device. -
Resolution
To review possible device issues:
- Go to Settings | Support | Troubleshooting Tools | Device Issues
- Locate the device in question
- Review the Error Details column for more information
