A simple 1 to 1 relationship between tickets can be established within the Service Desk.
This allows you to see and navigate to other related tickets that have this relationship setup from the first ticket.
The SEE_ALSO and REFERRERS fields will need to be enabled in order to see and set these fields.
(By default they are set to Owners Only - Hidden from Users)
To change the permissions on both these fields:

You will see the other ticket under the See Also list.
On the other tickets, the original ticket will appear on the Referrers list.
