Why are there missing Organizations in the Organization dropdown list? -
Description
Clicking on the Organizational dropdown list located on the upper right of the webGUI, it is noted that there are mising Organizations. -
Cause
The user name/pasword does not match in all Organizations. -
Resolution
To resolve this issue, ensure that the username/password is the same in all Organizations. Username and password MUST match to be listed in the Organization dropdown box to be listed by the user currently logged into the K1000 appliance.
