Pivot Breakdown detail view

The Pivot Breakdown detail view provides a tile for each pivot type that is included in the pivot roll up tile you clicked. For example, for a web browser pivot roll up tile, the breakdown detail view can include tiles for each of the following browser types: Chrome, Firefox®, Internet Explorer®, Mobile Devices, and Opera.

Each tile displays: requests, request volume, overall health, performance and error status, and the last updated time. For more information, see Pivot tiles.

From here you can:

Real User (APM) Performance detail view

The Real User (APM) Performance detail view provides detailed metrics for a single location real user transaction, including average response times, response time breakdowns, application infrastructure, and more.

To access this view, click the title bar of a Real User (APM) tile, or from the Geographical Perspectives dashboard, click Transaction Detail for an APM transaction.

Hits and Pages tabs

The Hits tab and the Pages tab provide a summary of key metrics such as average response time, service level attainment, request volume, and errors.

From here you can:

Click Find Related Hits to open the Search Hits page. For information about searching hits, see the Foglight APM User Guide.
Click Advanced Find to open a list from which you can select a specific type of search. Choose from hits with: back end violations, end to end violations, or errors. The Hit Search runs with your selected criteria. Any results are returned on the Search Hits page. For information about searching hits, see the Foglight APM User Guide.

Response Time Breakdown tab

The Response Time Breakdown tab displays a component-level breakdown of transaction execution times for the selected end user transaction group.

From here you can:

Click Explore Errors — see Examining Error Breakdowns for details.
Click Explore Breakdowns — see Examining Response Times for details.
TIP: If you click a datasource component icon, the details view also includes a Map to Application Component button. For more information, see Mapping datasources.
Click More Details to drill down to a detailed view of the selected application component. For example, from an application server component, you can access the Java application server details view.
