ODM has several built in RBAC (Role Based Access Control) roles in the tool.<br>One of these is the &#39;Migration Project Viewer&#39; role that allows full read only access to the entire ODM Organization.<br>This is useful to allow us to diagnose technical issues with your migration, such as log analysis, cross module configuration review, mappings, license issues and much more.<br><br>A custom RBAC role can also be created, allowing a more granular set of permissions to be applied.<br>Additional information can be found in the ODM User Guide:<br>https://support.quest.com/technical-documents/on-demand-migration/current/user-guide/2#TOPIC-1955193 From the ODM Dashboard, select Settings &gt; Access Control &gt; Users<br>Enter the email address of the support representative and select the assigned role &#39;Migration Project Viewer&#39;<br>Click Add User.<br><br>The support rep will receive an email notification advising them they have now been successfully added.<br><br>To remove the role, simply click the recycle bin icon on the same page to revoke the permission.<br><br>NB: RBAC roles currently do not support viewer role for ODM-AD.<br>Granting any RBAC role will provide Administrator level permissions for all ODM-AD related products, including DirSync, Domain Move, Domain Re-Write.<br>RBAC roles will be enhanced in a future release to allow viewer permissions for ODM-AD.
