Cannot get the icons for auto discovery available for DB2 and SQL Server/Oracle at the same time. -
Description
After installing the DB2 cartridge version 5.5.8.843 and the SQL cartridge is version 5.5.8.568, it is not possible to start the DB2 auto discovery agent. The "Global Overview" dashboard contains only the option to start the auto discovery for SQL Server.
After deactivating the cartridge DB_Global_View_UI version 5.5.8.568 and activating the version 5.5.8.843 it is possible to start the DB2 auto discovery agent, but no the one for SQL Server.
It is not possible to get option/icons of auto discovery for both - DB2 and SQL Server - available at the same time.
The same happen with the Oracle and the DB2 cartridge.

Resolution
As this is a Foglight Management Server version 5.6.3 please use the latest DB2, SQL Server and Oracle cartridge.
The latest DB2 cartridge version is 5.5.8.855
The latest SQL Server cartridge version is 5.5.8.598
The latest SQL Oracle cartridge version is 5.5.8.591
Make sure that the latest Global_UI cartridge (5.5.8.855) is activated.
