Clicking on "Home Page" in the Databases dashboard does not open the Instance home page (88983)

When clicking on "Home Page" in the Databases dashboard, the Instance home page does not open. The error message "Value of context key databasetype is null" is displayed instead.

The Foglight Management Server logs show the following error messages:

"org.apache.catalina.core.ContainerBase.[jboss.web].[localhost].[/console].[Portal Servlet] - Servlet.service() for servlet Portal Servlet threw exception
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class com.quest.qsi.javaOracle.severiryCalculator.OracleInstanceSeverityRegValuesUtil

Edit the "DBWC_LOGGER_GLOBALADMIN" variable so that the global default is set to "DBWC_WARN".

1. Go to Administration | Rules & Notifications | Variables.

2. Edit the "DBWC_LOGGER_GLOBALADMIN" registry variable

3. Set the Global Default | Static Value to "DBWC_WARN".

4. Click on Save.

5. Restart the Foglight Management Server or disable/re-enable the database cartridges as per SOL90732
