.NET agent hangs
DotNet Agent activation appears to hang if the directory path to the DotNet Agent on the monitored host is considered invalid. This causes the agent activation to fail which prevents the activation dialog box from updating its status, as expected. Instead, the progress bar remains active.
Workaround: If activation confirmation hangs without a success indicator (green check mark in the Status column of the agent activation dialog box), click OK to close the dialog box, and check the Agent Status dashboard for updates. If the DotNet Agent appears to be in a broken state, download the agent log to determine if this is the cause.
