Command line cartridge installer does not verify installed versions -
Description
When installing cartridges from the Foglight command-line interface 'fglcmd' older cartridge versions are enabled or partially enabled even if newer versions are already installed and enabled in the system.
If installed from the Foglight Console (Cartridge Inventory), a warning is displayed and older cartridges are not enabled.

Cause
The command-line interface allows cartridges to be downgraded. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND
None.
STATUS
This issue was logged as defect FOG-4933 and has been fixed in the 6.3.0 and higher releases of the Foglight Management Server.
