Webmonitor URL monitoring times out -
Description
URLs are not working using webmonitor agent and are failing with an ERROR shown in the logs:

Cause
NTLM Authentication -
Resolution
Run the following commands on fglam host as a test:
1. wget -dv --http-user=<username> --http-password=<password> --output-file=output-log-{n}.txt --output-document=output-doc-{n}.txt <monitoring url>
2. If there is no username and password for the URL, run the following command,
wget -dv --output-file=output-log-{n}.txt --output-document=output-doc-{n}.txt <monitoring url>
3. Get the output of below command on FglAM host.ping -l 1024 <monitoring url>Use the number 1,2... to replace the string {n} if several urls need to be tested.Result of the test:NTLM AuthenticationNote:Webmonitor does not support monitoring of URLs where NTLM authentication is required.
