Java agent fails to start with Tomcat using standard X-Agent configuration -
Description
Pre-instrumentor run successfully and the -Xbootclasspath and other terms in the JVM startup line as expected.
But when the app server starts, the Java agent does not. There is no Java Agent log file, so the agent does not start as expected.
