DB2ADMIN scoped registry value ignored for Host object when DB2_Appl_Lock rule triggers
Cause

This is because the Host object will not work with DB2 rules.
Resolution

You cannot scope DB2ADMIN to Host object. You could scope to DB2Instance instead.
Additional Information

However DB2 Rules and rule management will change with the next DB2 cartridge release. This will be fully managed from the Databases> Global Administration dashboard
