Foglight won't start up after relocating remote MSSQL database  "Unable to determine the curre (4343393)

After properly moving the Foglight remote database to another server (using a complete database backup/restore),  Foglight will not start, and will report the following errors;

Permissions for the tables are set correctly, and user may have been given sa privileges with no change.
