Q1: How I can filter the view of other colleagues who I would like to give access to some dashboards and functions?A1: You can restrict access to only the dashboard you want by creating a new group and role which these users belong, then on the desired dashboard, user or add those related roles. Since no other dashboard will have that role, your users will not be able to access the other dashboards.Q2: How I would only like to give access to the database dashboard and let them have the ability to acknowledge or clear alarms pertaining only to DatabasesA2: Clearing alarms requires Operator access. You can also see how applying A1 will help limiting access to the Database Dashboard.An example on how to restrict Dashboard Access for certain users on the FMS is also provided here.
