Could you provide an explanation of the difference between Spotlight on UNIX vs Fog5 "Hosts Table:Monitored Hosts Only"?

1) Spotlight indicates 81% (equates to physical memory used) in where the F5 dashboard indicates 65%.
Spotlight is showing "Virtual Memory" and the equivalent Foglight component shows Physical memory.
The only memory values that seem to correlate are the paging vs swap when comparing.
2) Also, how do these two metrics which appear to be simliar, correlate?
Spotlight paging cpu 91,474
Foglight to cpu context switches 14,778
