Sun Console Agent does not appear in the service builder list (4323692)

A sun console agent has been installed and collecting on a server. When trying to add the agent to the dashboard it does not appear in the service builder list when searched for console agents (other servers do appear). There are alarms for other agents on this server, but if one is expecting alarms for the console agent to be displayed but there are none. Deleting and re-adding the agent it still does not show.

The action of not populating the service builder is a function of Foglight and will not do anything with new agents until they have fired one alarm

Foglight will not populate the service builder until the new agent has fired at least one alarm.
