Windows Event Log alarms are not being raised for the HostAgent agents.
This is expected behaviour of the HostAgent.
If alarms are required, it is recommended to disable the simple rule, which does not create alarms when fired and create a multi-severity rule, which can fire the required alarms based on the rule logic.

This issue has been verified as an Enhancement Request and raised as IC-1253. This will be evaluated by our Product team for inclusion in a future release of Foglight.
