Resolution
Please follow the steps below:
Open the Rules dashboard: "Administration | Rules & Notifications | Rules"
Find the needed rule and open it in the "Rule Editor"
Open the "Conditions & Actions" tab and the needed condition
Select "Severity Level Variables" and define a new variable: Set a name, choose type "Expression" and add in the expression field: scope.get(monitoringAgent/agentInstance)
Click "Add" and save the change
This variable can be used in the email action now. Open the email action and click on the "mail.subject" field
In the "Action Parameter Editor", under "Rule/System Variables", choose the new defined variable and click on "Change"
The variable can be used for any other email fields too, for example in mail.message.
