Fglam startup message "fglam is unable to start". Seeing in the fglam log: "The map of upstream URL connections is empty". How to fix after the fglam has been installed?

Resolution
Fglam doesn't have a FMS url configured to point to....
start the fglam configuration program:
/fglam_home/bin/> fglam --configure
this will allow you to step through the fglam config and add a FMS url (hostname, fqdn or ip address of FMS) so that the fglam can connect to it and begin monitoring.
