How to show the Map on the Geographical Perspective of APM -
Description
After setting up Application Peformance Monitoring (APM), map information is displayed on the Hits | Maps dashboard and these maps could be published. However, the maps cannot be seen on the geographical perspective dashboard of APM. -
Cause
The metrics collected by individual hit analyzers are not published to use the Geographical Perspective dashboard. -
Resolution
To publish the hit analyzer metrics:
1. When defining a hit analyzer, expand Metrics
2. Click Maps
3. In the Maps dialog box, set the level of geographical detail you want to publish by selecting the check boxes beside Cities, Regions and(or) Countries
4. Specify the number of data points to collect for each category
