All Emails received from Foglight have attachments on them. The attachments are the email details for the triggered rule
There is an internal and an external Mail server at the customer site.
Foglight was assigned to the External Mail server - where all the emails were being added as attachments. The External Mail server had settings that caused the issue.
Foglight was pointed to the Internal Mail server and the emails came through w/o attachments (as expected).
Foglight was assigned to the internal server.
