A number of rules have been disabled but new alarms are still been seen being generated from these rule.
This issue can often be seen with the database (Oracle/SQLServer/DB2/Sybase) rules where a rule has been disabled from Administer Agents | Alarms from the Databases dashboard and also from the Manage Rules dashboard.
The database rules should only be enabled/disabled from the Administer Agents | Alarms otherwise a mismatch can occur between the Database cartridges and the FMS itself causing this type of behaviour
Restarting the FMS should normally fix this.
